From Vinyasa to Restorative, I aim to create an environment that invites you to be curious about how different shapes feel in your body, to notice where the breath is taking up space and where there’s space to breathe into.

All welcome! I truly believe in taking time to feel into the nuances of you; that means approaching your physical practice without expectation, not worrying what else is happening around you and choosing when to rest and play.

Want to go at your own pace, shape your asana practice to you or be able to ask questions and tailor shapes to your body? Or maybe you’d like to spend time held in restorative practices and guided meditation?

1:1 sessions are a great way to tune in and find your way into your practice, for beginners and more experienced folk alike.

Availability on weekdays, in-person or online.
